The hotel location is very good. We had a large room, lots of storage. There are small streets with lots of restaurants and small shops. Very Good breakfast, a variety of hot and cold items. Good area for breakfast. The tram lines runs in front of hotel, excellent for going to Laguna.

It is port city. Not touristic. Bad moment - was no beach near and everywhere in cafes and restaurants no wifi internet. no printed paper menu, it is needed to be scan by QR code with special application in mobile phone which need internet connection. Why no wifi? When in all other cities in Spain this option is available.

It's a very interesting and nice city.
It's a very interesting and nice city. People are very kind and pleasant. There are not as many tourists as in the south of the island. Living in a local neighborhood outside the center was very nice to interact with local people. There are many pleasant cafes and restaurants. There is also a great urban transport system of trams and buses. It is also a beautifully green city with many parks.

We have only ever visited during carnival which is extremely full-on everyday, so don't expect to feel rested after a holiday during that period. But do expect to feel exhilarated by the noise, music, costumes, fancy dress and joy.
I think it would be a lovely place to stay outside of carnival as a city break in dependable warm weather.
Its an easy bus trip to Playa de las Teresitas, and there are many efficient bus routes to other regions of the island. If you wanted to go off the beaten track car hire would be useful. Few if any organised trips start from Santa Cruz, for example, trips Mount Tiede tend to originate from the southern resorts.
Much of the centre is pedestrianised. Its a city for locals so don't expect all menus to be translated. Food orientated towards local taste also, which is excellent IMO.
Lots of good shops in the centre.
No great permanent cultural highlights, although I understand the Tenerife Orchestra is one of the best in Spain.

A really beautiful hotel located in a quiet street but close to everything. Nice kitchenette that allowed us to cook some simple meals during our stay.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They did something really special for my husband on his birthday and even gave him a gift. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The decor of rooms is very Zen and conducive to relaxation.
We wish it had a pool, but other than that it was perfect for us.
The hotel's location in Santa Cruz is excellent, it's right on the main pedestrian area of the city. I found the bed comfortable and, unlike the rest of the room, the bed sheets were clean. Temperature in the room was perfect during my stay in February but there is no air conditioning so I imagine it'll get hot in the summer. The room was dated but functional. There were two sockets available, and two that were taken by the TV and the (noisy) fridge.
Location is amazing, right in the city center and off the beaten path enough to still be relatively quiet. The room was clean-ish, but parts that matter - the bed and the bathroom were spotless. It is a budget hotel and it was very well worth it for the price. Staff is very relaxed and nice. I love that there is always someone at the counter no matter how late. Budget hotels often have a reception on a specific schedule, not here. Recommended.
The location is amazing, right in the center. Within a 2 minute walk you’re on the buzzing streets of Santa Cruz. We were a family of 5 adults and wanted a simple place for one night before heading to Anaga. Our expectations were low, just needed a place to sleep. When I booked this hotel I knew it wasn’t going to be luxury. We had the “family room” which is a private hostel room with bunk beds and private bathroom.
The location is excellent. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops right outside the "hotel". The room we had is stylish - wood panelled drawing room combined with a quirky 1970s aesthetic. Communication from the host was great prior to check in and on arrival. There appears to be a communal vibe in the kitchen and some guests may appreciate the chance to drink wine and chat with others during an evening.
Spacious modern rooms with large balconies; (paid a small surcharge for this) attractive pool area and garden, useful TV channels and good WiFi. The hotel is in a pleasant area, fairly central and surrounded by elegant architecture and lovely parks. Santa Cruz has an impressive public bus service and there are bus stops close by. Just as well since street parking would have been hopeless.
Marvelous and very comfortable apartment! Nice location in a quiet local neighborhood close to the Rambla de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 10min walk to the astonishingly beautiful Parque García Sanabria, 15min walk to the city center. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you may need. Much advised for couples and families up to 4 people.
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz, with great roof top terrace to enjoy the sun, have a glass of wine (they have a very interesting choice). We loved to stay there. All the details are well thought, the design is great and the treat was very personal and welcoming! To come back
This was a nice hotel but it was not a nice experience. Nice lobby/restaurant, nice rooms, nice terrace on the roof. Like the pictures. This could have been such a great experience. But many things about my experience were very disappointing.
The hotel is located in the city center.
Parking is available 50m from the hotel for 12 Eur /Day.
Very nice staff.
The hotel is clean, 10 out of 10.
Beds are very comfortable.
There is a restaurand and a bar.
In the heart of Santa Cruz. I expected 3star outdated hoted but it was very good convinient hotel in busy earea. Beds were comfortable, linen soft and bright white, toiletries included. quiet AV was a bonus
everything. very clean, comfy beds, good breakfast, small, family-run small hotel in lovely part of the city. very helpful and friendly staff. loved it and will stay here again when I go back to Santa Cruz.
I had been in that hotel before and it had not been renovated, now it is perfect and the rooms have been renovated, the Wi-Fi connection is great, I liked everything
The hotel is located right in the centre of Santa Cruz. Its easy to find and access. The price is very great, especially if you're not going to stay in the hotel
Beautiful hotel fabulous location, beautiful park across the street so tropical. Lovely restaurants nearby I will definitely stay here when I stay in santa cruz
