Stayed one night before our flight home, but what a great experience. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The room was great and we slept well. Best of all, the vegan dining options for both dinner and breakfast were fabulous.
Will definitely stay here agin.

When we arrived the registration system was down but we were given a free drink voucher at the bar. This was appreciated but the bar service lacked any service or customer service. The restaurant service on the other hand was superb, thanks to our waiter Lennon. Our room was very comfortable and clean. No sound whatsoever from the airport. Before arriving, I needed to investigate how we would get to the hotel from the airport and found information on the Hotel Hoppa bus. It would be beneficial if the hotel advertised this information to advise how easy it is to get to the hotel using this service. We found the bus stop outside the arrivals of terminal 2/3. The bus was H2X Renaissance Hotel. Also, a brief description on where to locate the Hoppa from at each terminal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I booked this as I had a fairly early flight which I thought would go from T3 (but it went from T5!). Anyway - if I were to stay around the airport again I'm not sure it's good value for money despite the convenience - compared with other options available - as you still have to either get the Heathrow Express (free connection) or walk quite a distance from T3/T2 train/underground station as the hotel is really at T2. Heathrow is a bit of a maze anyway - it's a big sprawling airport, and the signage to the hotel was a bit confusing - however the link to the YouTube video that was attached to my booking was SUPER helpful and I'd advise anyone moving through terminals to the hotel to watch it. The hotel itself is lovely and staff were great - I just felt I'd spent a lot of money for a convenience that ended up not being so convenient in the end.

Perfect for pre flight ( or post flight) stay for Heathrow.
Perfect for pre flight ( or post flight) stay for Heathrow. 4 mins to Terminal 3. Lovely welcoming lobby & staff. Delicious meals ( and great service) in the Markeylt Garden Restaurant. Thoroughly recommend. We booked a taxi (£17) for the airport as it was only £4 more than the bus would have been. Bus stops every 30 mins.

The most convenient solution for overnight stays to catch a flight in LHR for early next morning. Our flight was very early so we didn't get a chance to see how the breakfast is, so I cannot comment on that, even though it would have been even pricier to add 2 breakfasts.
I can understand why this hotel got good reviews. It was relatively cheap compared to most hotels. The breakfast was superb, the room was large and more than adequate. Very clean and very warm in the middle of winter. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in the centre of London that do not match this hotel for important features like cleanliness, good warm and inviting environment, friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel has got everything and am amazed it was Premier Inn.
I stay at the Thistle when I travel to or through London Heathrow. I only had time to sleep at the hotel, as I took the first bus back to the airport, at 5:44 AM. This is a great value and good location, with the Hoppa Bus connection to LHR for 11 Pounds Round Trip. Allow 40 minutes to reach terminal 3, which is international. So, this is my standard property when I travel to or from London by air. The staff were super, and very friendly. Thank you!
Great Lille find and excellent value for money.
Clean, comfortable bed.
Friendly efficient staff and excellent location only a 15 minute walk to Ruislip Māori where there are bars, shops & restaurants.Plus tube station into London.
Also behind the Hotel there is a train station.
It has its own bar and has complimentary continental breakfast.
When we were there the Hotel was getting refurbished on the outside.
Staff was very helpful, polite. Place was clean . Breakfast was good. Location is good incase you want to travel to Central London just take the bus from opposite the hotel to Ealing Common and district line 20 mins to Westminster. Plenty of Indian restaurants in the area.
I had previously lived in this area , amazing how they turned that derelict building into a nice place.
superb staff and excellent handling from the very first moment. our room was a 2+ apartment, living/dining + bedroom. Comfortable, good A/C, good noise insulation, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. And the location was simply perfect with easy access to central London. Hayes is the last stop for Oyster card validity! Very generous breakfast.
Probably the best hotel to stay at if you need to be close to London Heathrow.
Very comfy room, a great restaurant/bar and the staff are all very nice.
You do actually feel relaxed and welcomed to lounge around when you're there which is great if you have a big flight coming up. We will definitely return if we're ever passing through London again.
Perfect hotel for London Heathrow. Facilities were fantastic, helpful and approachable staff. Dinner at the Steak and Lobster was beautiful. Gym and Spa facilities extremely clean and modern. Rooms and bed were clean and the shower was powerful and warm. 10 minute in an uber to Terminal 3 for approximately £12.
Definitely a step above most airport hotels. The location is fantastic - simple access to the airport and an easy trip into central London - and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and other amenities (restaurant and shops) were high quality.
Close to tube station to get into London, easy for the airport, family room was a decent size and the hotel has a shop, restaurant and even fusball table outside for playing with the kids. I thought this was a great location for a stop off before or after a flight.
I liked that the hotel was accessible to the London Underground, which made travelling into and out of the airport. The room was surprisingly quiet. I would recommend staying there to any of my friends. I would certainly book this hotel again for myself.
This hotel is all about location! You literally walk 5 minutes from Heathrow Airport. No transportation needed! It is also walkable to the metro line that takes you central London. Perfect!
The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a free hot breakfast
Great location to easily get to Terminal 2 and was about an hour away from London so would consider staying here again when I am flying through to other destinations. Price was reasonable considering the high hotel rates in London.
I used the hotel as a final step before departing from UK, the location was perfect because it is very close to the airport and also the car hire companies. You can easily go to center of London with bus and underground.
Next to Sainsbury's and local shops. Not central in London but for one night it is okay if you plan to transfer to another location .Lady staff member was lovely and helpful. Free parking at the hotel if you get a space.
The hotel is in a great location for getting to London Heathrow Terminal 5. The access to the T5 Pods is fantastic and that means you have an easy and cheap way to get to the airport directly from the hotel.
The ease of getting to the hotel from central London. The signage was excellent and the entrance was very inviting. The options of eating areas and the welcome from staff made for a pleasant stay.
